Every feature exists
for a reason.

We design appto around what companies actually use — a feature ships only once some rollout turned out to need it. That is why they are all standard and for the whole team: no modules, no per-feature fees, no higher tiers.

Built by Let's Automate Wisegroup

What that standard does at your company — in nine sentences.

    1. Context It knows your price list, procedures and decisions from your threads — and reaches for them itself.
    2. Inbox AI You hand it over in one sentence and back comes a finished thing, not text to fix.
    3. Agents It has assistants built for specific roles, each with its own boundaries.
    1. Routines It works overnight, so that something is already waiting at seven in the morning.
    2. Coworker It speaks up in Slack and Teams — where you are talking anyway.
    3. Projects It gives the team one place, one set of files and one conversation.
    1. Tools It reaches into close to a thousand tools and genuinely acts inside them.
    2. Administration It does that only where you allow it, and for as much as you decide.
    3. Data masking The personal data in your files never reaches the model.

Nine things.One account.

You create it yourself and start talking right away. Everything on this page is inside from day one — no add-ons, no modules, no rollout work for IT.

No card. Your account takes 30 seconds.

Before you go deeper

The questions that come back most often when somebody sees the whole list at once. Looking for specifics? The full integration list and pricing stand on their own; for security documentation, write to us.

Are these features switched on separately?

No. It is one product and one account — context, assistants, routines, projects and integrations are inside from day one. The only thing switched on separately is data masking, because processing a document costs credits.

Where do we start, given there is so much of it?

With one task somebody at your company does by hand every week. You connect the sources it uses, build an assistant around them and put it on a routine. The rest accumulates on its own, as the team finds more tasks.

Do we have to know how to write prompts?

No. You write an ordinary sentence. appto reaches for company knowledge itself, the model is chosen by whoever creates the assistant, and tools are connected once and work for the whole team.

How much of this needs work from IT?

You create the account yourself in 30 seconds and can start talking immediately. An integration is connected by whoever has access to that tool — by signing in, not with API keys. IT is only needed for company sign-in and the access policy.

Where is our data kept?

On servers in the European Union (Ireland). We do not train models on your content, and who can reach which assistant, source and tool is up to you.

Does appto work in our language?

Fully — the interface, the conversation and the documents. Polish is not a translated skin here: the product is built for Polish companies and reads that way, and it works the same in English.
